Ingredients

  • 1 pound (500 g) fish fillets
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese powder
  • 3 tbsp grated cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • Some butter or tallow
  • 1 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. Cut the fish fillets into strips.
  2. Season the fish fillets with salt.
  3. Mix the eggs and grated cheese in a food processor and pour into a bowl.
