We are working on getting meaty food trucks that will be right outside the convention center. There are also plenty of restaurants within walking distance of the convention center. Of course, don’t forget to check out our amazing Meatstock 2026 food vendors where you’ll have access to plenty of packaged food products onsite.
The schedule typically gets released between 4-6 months before the convention. It will be available on this page. Stay tuned!
The closest commercial airport is Tyson Mcghee in Knoxville.
Feel free to dress casually or in formal attire. We encourage people to bring their cowboy gear though! The typical weather for late April/early May can be chilly overnight and hot in the afternoons. We recommend dressing up in semi-formal attire for the VIP Speaker Ball dinners, but it is not required.
The weekend convention will take place at the Gatlinburg Convention Center in downtown Gatlinburg. Doors open at 7 AM for registration on May 2nd and 3rd. The convention ends at approximately 5:30 PM on both days. Our cabin retreat runs from April 30 – May 4. Our VIP dinners will be on the May 1st and the 3rd starting at 6:00 PM. The cabin retreat and VIP dinners are nearby and revealed to guests after sign-up.
We do not issue physical tickets. All you have to do is check in at the kiosks upon arrival and you will be given a laminated badge.
The remaining balance after your deposit isn’t due until January 15, 2026. The deposit price is per guest. Each cabin retreat and convention attendee must purchase a ticket.
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances unless the event is canceled by the event organizers. You are free to try and sell your tickets in our Meatstock U.S.A. Facebook group and tickets can be transferred if notice is given to the event organizers. Please contact us when you’re ready to transfer your tickets, and we’ll switch them over.
