Variations to the Keto Cranberry Sauce
There are different variations of the original Keto Cranberry Sauce. You can always tweak the recipes with the ingredients you like to customize and make your own version.

Ingredients:
12 oz. (340 g) fresh or frozen cranberries
1/2 cup (120 ml) water
1/2 cup (100 g) allulose or erythritol
2 tsp (10 ml) lemon juice
1 tsp orange zest
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp ground ginger
Instructions:
Place cranberries, water, sweetener, lemon juice, and orange zest in a medium saucepan. Stir to combine.
Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat. Then reduce to a simmer for 10-12 minutes. Add the spices. Cranberries should burst, and the sauce will thicken.
Remove it from the heat and add vanilla extract.
Stir to mix completely.
Taste and adjust the sweetener if needed.
Let the sauce cool for 10-15 minutes. It will thicken more as it cools.
Serve it warm or chilled.
