How to Make a Carnivore Steak Bowl?

Using the following ingredients and instructions, you can make 2 servings of this mouth-watering Carnivore steak bowl in less than half an hour.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) ribeye or sirloin steak
  • 2 tbsp beef tallow or butter
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp bone marrow or extra butter
  • 2 oz. (50g) shredded cheese (optional)
  • 4 strips of bacon
  • 1 tbsp salt

Instructions

  1. Pat the steak dry and season with salt.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp beef tallow in a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear the steak for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Stear more to be as done as you prefer.
  4. Remove it from the heat. Let it rest for 5 minutes, then slice it thinly and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add 1 tbsp tallow or butter.
  6. Crack the eggs and scramble until fluffy.
  7. Add shredded cheese (if using) for a creamy base. Then set aside.
  8. Chop bacon into bite-sized pieces and cook them in a separate pan until crispy.
  9. Melt bone marrow gently in a small pan.
  10. Assemble the steak bowl by adding scrambled eggs to the bottom of each bowl.
  11. Top with steak slices.
  12. Sprinkle with bacon bits and drizzle with bone marrow or extra butter.
  13. Serve immediately and enjoy!
