Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 250F. 
  2. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and a wire rack. Grease the wire rack with some butter.
  3. Season the chicken thighs with salt.
  4. Bake the chicken in the centre of the oven for half an hour. 
  5. Increase the heat to 425F, move up the oven rack one spot, and bake until brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and serve hot. Bon Appetit!
